Cancellation & Refund

At Village Homestay (a sister concern of WEB SIGN INFOTECH LLP, GST No: 32AACFW4226A1ZT), we understand that plans can change. To ensure clarity and fairness for our guests and operations, we follow a Firm Cancellation Policy.

1. Cancellation Timelines and Refund Eligibility

• Up to 30 Days Before Check-in: Guests receive a 100% full refund if the cancellation is confirmed at least 30 days prior to the local check-in time (02:00 PM).

• Between 14 and 30 Days Before Check-in: If the booking is cancelled within this window, guests are eligible for a 100% full refund only if cancelled within 48 hours of booking confirmation. Otherwise, a 50% refund of the total booking amount applies.

• Between 7 and 30 Days Before Check-in: Cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in (outside of any 48-hour post-booking grace period) receive a 50% refund of the total booking amount.

• Less Than 7 Days Before Check-in: Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to check-in (after 02:00 PM, 7 days prior) are non-refundable. The guest will be charged 100% of the booking amount.

2. Early Departures and No-Shows If a guest vacates the property earlier than their confirmed check-out date, or fails to arrive on the scheduled date (No-Show), no refunds or adjustments will be issued for unused nights.

3. Refund Processing

• All valid refunds will be processed directly back to the original payment source (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, or UPI) through our payment aggregator, PayU.

• Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank account, depending on your card issuer or banking institution.
